MOSCOW: The Union State Supreme State Council meeting in the Kremlin Thursday ended with seven documents signed. The list of the documents was published on the Kremlin’s website Thursday.
The event, attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, lasted for almost 1.5 hours. The two leaders delivered their speeches during the open part, while the rest of the discussion happened behind closed doors.
The documents, signed after the meeting, include the resolution "On development of the Security Concept of the Union State" and the decree "On provision of humanitarian aid to DPR and LPR students and educational facilities from the Union State budget." Putin noted these two decisions in his speech separately.
The signed documents also include resolutions on implementation of union programs and immediate Union State development goals, as well as a number of other papers.
