Dubai: Rumors are intensifying that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has been killed in a joint airstrike conducted by the United States and Israel. The Israeli media outlet ‘Channel 12’ was the first to report the news, citing anonymous sources. Other reports suggest that, at the very least, he has been critically injured in the attack.
On Saturday morning, the U.S. and Israel launched joint missile and air strikes across major Iranian cities, including Tehran. The initial phase of the operation reportedly targeted Khamenei’s official residence and office complex. There has been no verified information regarding the Supreme Leader’s whereabouts since the strike. Satellite imagery indicates that his palace and official residence in Tehran have been completely destroyed.
Iran has yet to provide official confirmation regarding Khamenei's status. While some reports suggest he has been moved to a secure location, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated, “As far as I know, he is alive.”
Israeli sources further claim that several senior military officials, including Iranian Revolutionary Guard Commander General Mohammad Pakpour, were also killed.

Donald Trump issued a stark warning to the Iranian regime to "surrender or die," adding that safety would be guaranteed to those who lay down their arms.
Following the strikes, Iran launched retaliatory missiles toward Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Jerusalem. Furthermore, footage has emerged purportedly showing missiles striking the U.S. Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain. Additional attacks were reported against U.S. military bases in the Gulf, with explosions also noted near a hotel in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
