NOVO-OGAREVO: National Projects are an instrument of creating and forming the future of Russia, President Vladimir Putin said when opening the meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.
"New National Projects kicked off in 2025. They are essentially the instruments of creating and forming the country’s future. They consolidate efforts of authorities of all levels, business and scientific communities of our development institutions and public organizations to achieve National Development Goals," the head of state said.
