RIYADH: Delegations of Russia and the United States plan to start negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict in Riyadh at 7:00 a.m. GMT, a source told TASS.
The meeting will be held at The Ritz-Carlton hotel. The Russian delegation will be led by Grigory Karasin, the head of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, and Sergey Beseda, adviser to the director of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB). The US delegation is expected to include State Department’s Director of Policy Planning Michael Anton, as well as aides to Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg and national security advisor Mike Waltz.
