BUDAPEST: Hungary is interested in ending the conflict in Ukraine because it wants to resume normal trade relations with Russia, disrupted by the EU sanctions, and regain access to its vast market, Prime Minister Viktor Orban said.
Speaking to journalists in Brussels after a meeting of the leaders of parties that formed the Patriots for Europe faction in the European parliament, he explained why his country wants peace in Ukraine.
