SEVASTOPOL: A car exploded in Crimea’s Sevastopol, killing a serviceman who was inside, Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev said on his Telegram channel.

Fatality
- A driver was inside the car. Rescuers managed to evacuate him immediately. Doctors rushed the man to the hospital, but were unable to save his life.
- The man killed in the incident turned out to be an active Russian serviceman.
Investigation
- Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev did not rule out the possibility that the incident was the result of sabotage.
