Bangalore: A Malayalee engineering student died in an accident in Bangalore while completing a speeding online game similar to the Blue Whale.
Midhun Ghosh, a resident of Ottapalam, died in an accident near Bengaluru.Midhun played the game called Iron Butt. The game task was to complete 1624 km in 24 hours.
Midhun started his journey from Ottapalam. His plan was to go to Bengaluru first and then to Hubli. Midhun's bike hit with a lorry at Chitradurga in Karnataka early this morning.
The rules of the game require one should send the picture of the speedometer before and after the task. However, before the task was completed, Midhun succumbed to the accident.
The information on the game was received from Midhun's room after death. Midhun, who was a student of last year automobile engineering at Pampady Nehru College.
