SEVASTOPOL: A Russian Defense Ministry serviceman was killed in a blast in Russia’s city of Sevastopol, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol told reporters.

- The court found Margarita Reutt guilty of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of Russia’s Administrative Code in summer 2025 for discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces to protect Russia’s interests and citizens.
- She admitted guilt, and the court imposed a $356 administrative fine.
