BEIRUT:At least 13 people were killed and another 42 suffered injuries in Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon and the Western Beqaa District in the past day, the Lebanese Health Ministry said.

The total death toll has reached 2,715, and 8,353 people have been injured.

According to the Health Ministry, the number of casualties may rise as rescue workers continue to remove the rubble.
