MOSCOW: Implementation of autonomous solutions is the necessity and not the fashion, President Vladimir Putin said.

"Bringing autonomous driverless solutions into life is certainly not the fashion. It is the necessity, the way of strengthening global competitiveness of our country, to solve issues of socioeconomic development in conditions of the deficit labor market and demographic challenges, provide for security, and eventually for sovereignty of Russia," Putin stressed.
