MOSCOW:  Infrastructure facilities have been damaged in explosions in the city of Odessa in southern Ukraine, Sergey Lysak, head of the city’s military administration, said.

"Infrastructure facilities <...> have been damaged in the city," he wrote on Telegram, without providing details.

Explosions were reported in Odessa in the early hours of Monday.
