Jodhpur: Asaram Bapu was shifted to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Jodhpur as he was infected with coronavirus in the jail and did not get treatment on time; this shows the carelessness of administration of the Rajasthan Government.
It is the duty of the Government to take care of Asaram Bapu, who is 80-years-old and struggling with many ailments including the infection of coronavirus. It is unlikely that the Government will take adequate care of Him. Therefore, He should get proper and prompt treatment, and for that, He should be granted bail immediately, demanded the National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Ramesh Shinde.
Due to the spread of coronavirus in many prisons, the Government in Maharashtra released many prisoners on bail. Naxalite Varavara Rao was granted bail looking at his age and illness. He was in jail on charges of conspiracy to assassinate Prime Minister Modi.
Although Asaram Bapu is infected with coronavirus, the question arises as to why he should not get bail. Why is Asaram Bapu not shifted to the hospital immediately after detecting that he is facing coronavirus infection ? Why was He kept waiting for 4 days till He became serious ? This shows that the Government is insensitive towards Hindu society and Hindu Saints.
Hindu Janajagruti Samiti prays for good health of Asaram Bapu. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti demands that Asaram Bapu should get treatment in a good hospital as soon as possible and be granted bail.
News desk Adds: Asaram Bapu has been moved to the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital in Rajasthan's Jodhpur, two days after he tested positive for the coronavirus, sources said.
They said Asaram, who is in his 80s, has been put on ventilator support at the MG Hospital, where he was rushed last night after he complained of breathing difficulty.
